Designed by the architect Kilián Ignaz Dientzenhofer, this High Baroque pilgrimage chapel was constructed in 1733. It is distinguished by its unique architectural design, featuring a floor plan in the shape of a five-pointed star. The structure is officially recognized as a Cultural Heritage Site.

Situated on the ridge of the Broumovské stěny, the chapel serves as a prominent landmark. Its elevated position provides panoramic views extending across the Broumov Basin and into the Kladsko region.
