The Church of Saint John the Baptist is a Gothic church in Dvůr Králové nad Labem in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic It is protected as a cultural monument.
The first church on the site was a 13th century Romanesque single-nave basilica, which a Gothic church replaced from 1345, with a three-nave church built between 1399-1400. In the 15th century the church was destroyed by fire and rebuilt once more, with an added vestibule and church spire. Between 1893 and 1900 the church underwent significant reconstruction and expansion, including the elongation of the tower by 64 meters. The Gothic appearance of the church was regained according to a design by the architect F. Schmoraz. While the church was being repaired in 2007, some archaeological discoveries were made.
