Constructed in 1861, this Victorian-style market hall was the first building locally to be built primarily of iron. The site is a recognized Cultural Heritage Site. After a significant renovation, the historic structure reopened in 2018 as a modernized culinary and shopping destination.
The building houses the Arkadia food market along with various food stalls and restaurants. Dining options range from international cuisine to traditional Maltese food. The facility includes indoor seating and is fully wheelchair accessible.
