Built in 1600, this neoclassical structure originally served as the seat of the city magistrate and local government. Although the original building was demolished in 1857, it was later reconstructed to serve as a symbol of the city's heritage. The architectural design is attributed to Fyodor Kramer and Kazimierz Chrzczonowicz.
The building is a prominent component of the Minsk City History Museum network. It functions as a cultural and exhibition space, showcasing a variety of historical artifacts and hosting thematic exhibitions related to the city's past. The exterior features a distinctive clock and chimes.
