Detta vackra palats från 1920-talet byggdes senare för att hysa en teater. Dess fasad var skickligt inredd av många stora skulptörer och representerar den tjeckiska art deco-stilen.
Namnet på slottet kommer från Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà, ett italienskt försäkringsbolag för vilket huset byggdes.
