Detta palats från 1200-talet är Florens äldsta offentliga byggnad. Det öppnade som ett nationellt museum 1865 efter att det användes som kaserner, ett fängelse och slutligen Bargello, polischefen.
Konstgalleriet har en oöverträffad samling av italienska renässansskulpturer, inklusive mästerverk av Donatello (hans marmorstaty av David) och Michelangelo. Det finns också samlingar av keramik, gobelänger, elfenben, silver, medaljer och gamla mynt.
The ticket office closes at 1.20 pm.
Visitors will be asked to begin leaving the Museum 10 minutes before closing time.
