Ca' d'Oro, egentligen Palazzo Santa Sofia, är ett palats vid Canal Grande i Venedig. Som ett av de äldre palatsen har det länge varit känt under namnet Ca' d'Oro på grund av dess en gång gyllene och mångfärgade exteriör.
