Cestiuspyramiden är ett välbevarat gravmonument i form av en pyramid i Rom, belägen i närheten av den antika stadsporten Porta San Paolo och protestantiska kyrkogården. I närheten ligger också tunnelbanestationen Piramide, som uppkallats efter Cestiuspyramiden.
