Standing at 168 meters with 42 floors, this skyscraper is the tallest building in the region. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the structure is characterized by a distinctive twisted architectural design and serves as the centerpiece of the Belgrade Waterfront development project.

The mixed-use tower houses the luxury St. Regis Belgrade hotel and premium residential apartments. A 360-degree observation platform, known as the Belgrade 360 Deck, is located on the 41st floor and provides panoramic views of the city.

The project reached a significant milestone in 2022. The building integrates residential and hospitality functions, serving as a prominent modern landmark within the contemporary skyline.
