This educational museum provides historical context regarding the conflict in Laos and the enduring impact of unexploded ordnance (UXO) on the local population. Exhibits detail the history of the ordnance and the ongoing challenges faced by survivors.
The facility showcases the work of the Cooperative Orthotic and Prosthetic Enterprise (COPE) and the Centre for Medical Rehabilitation. It serves as a center for providing prosthetic and orthotic services, as well as physiotherapy, to individuals with mobility-related disabilities.
The center is open to the public and functions as a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness. Information regarding the development and distribution of rehabilitation support is featured throughout the displays.
