Housed in a historic early 20th-century building originally constructed for the City Bank, this National Monument is a prominent architectural landmark. Formerly the State Bank of the MSSR, the structure is noted for its classical design and superior acoustics. It functions as the National Center for Academic Music.
The concert hall features a specialized electromechanical organ containing 4,000 tubes.
