Museum of Tower Blocks

The museum is situated in one of six unique high-rise buildings designed by the architect Josef Havlíček during the 1950s. It showcases a preserved period apartment that is fully furnished to reflect the living standards of the era. The interior provides insight into the modernist residential design and communal living concepts of the mid-20th century.

The building's facilities include the original laundry area and technical service spaces. In the basement, civil defense shelters remain intact, illustrating the historical atmosphere of the Cold War period. Access to the roof provides a panoramic view of the surrounding area. This location is open to the public for exploration of its historical and architectural elements.
