维塔尔别墅

This functionalist villa was designed by architect Heinrich Blum and completed in 1932. Originally the residence of the Wittal family—prominent apron manufacturers in the early 20th century—the building combines functionalist principles with elements of organic architecture. Its history includes periods of use as a residence for Nazi officers and later for communist officials.

Since 2024, the property has been owned by the Museum of the City of Brno. While awaiting full restoration, the site is accessible through specialized urbex tours. Future plans for the building include its transformation into the Štetl center, dedicated to Jewish culture. The structure is an official Cultural Heritage Site.
