Devil's Wall

Established in 1935, this national nature reserve is situated within a canyon-like valley. The landscape is defined by a wild rocky slope covered in granite boulders, creating a massive scree field or stone sea formed from a former riverbed. A notable feature is the Devil's Pulpit, a rock formation that provides views of the river valley and the surrounding scenery.

The area is open to the public and served as the inspiration for the opera Čertova stěna by Bedřich Smetana. The reserve is characterized by its massive granite rock formations and historical association with local legends.
