Old Rhine Bridge

This historic covered wooden bridge was constructed in 1901 and is the last remaining structure of its kind spanning the Alpine Rhine.

Since 1975, the bridge has been reserved exclusively for non-motorized traffic, including pedestrians and cyclists. It functions as a border crossing where it is possible to stand in two different countries at once.
