This heritage-listed vantage point is situated at the summit of the reserve. It provides panoramic views of the city, the Brisbane River, and Moreton Bay. The site has served as a scenic lookout since the 19th century.
Originally established as a reserve for public recreation in 1880, the area is a registered heritage site. The summit features a historic kiosk that has long provided a place for respite.
