Terra Nostra Garden

Established in 1780, this 12-hectare botanical garden is characterized by its romantic landscape design and lush vegetation. The site features a historic mansion and is recognized for its diverse botanical collections sourced from around the world.

A central feature of the park is the large thermal pool filled with iron-rich, mineral water. This pool is fed by a natural volcanic spring, which provides constant warmth and gives the water a distinctive yellow-brown color.

The grounds house specialized collections of camellias, cycads, ferns, and bromeliads. Numerous exotic trees and varied plant species are distributed throughout the garden, which remains open to the public.
