Haas Villa

Constructed for Gustav Haas between 1928 and 1930, this functionalist villa was designed by the architect Ernst Wiesner. The building is characterized by its nautical design elements, including horizontal massing, a flat roof, and stepped terraces. The original layout featured distinct wings dedicated to family living, service areas, and garages, showcasing an organized modernist style.

While the exterior maintains its terrace-stepped appearance, the interior historically featured contrasts between functionalist spaces and traditional elements. Although originally built as a single-family home, the building is now divided into five residential apartments. As a protected cultural monument, the villa serves as a private residence and is not open to the public as a museum.
