Killi Killi Viewpoint

Situated on Santa Bárbara hill at an elevation of 3,718 meters above sea level, this hilltop park features a 360-degree panoramic view of the urban landscape. The vantage point overlooks prominent buildings and colorful high-rises, with the snow-capped peaks of Mt. Illimani and Huayna Potosí visible in the distance. A historic arch of carved stone is located within the grounds.

Historically, the site served as a strategic headquarters for the indigenous leader Tupác Katari during the 1781 siege of La Paz. The location's elevation provided a tactical advantage for monitoring the city below.

The park is open to the public and functions as a scenic viewpoint for observing the scale and layout of the sprawling capital.
