Taronga is often called one of the best zoos in the world, and for a good reason. The animal exhibits are astounding and accompanied by great views - to get the best view of Sydney's skyline, head to the bird show.
To get to the zoo, hop on a ferry and enjoy a scenic ride. Then take a gondola lift which provides a great overview of the whole zoo. The gondola lift is included in the ticket to the zoo.
