Cochem Must-Sees

Cochem is defined by the Reichsburg, a 19th-century reconstruction of a medieval hilltop castle overlooking the Moselle River. The town’s history is preserved in the cold-war era Bundesbank bunker and a historic mustard mill dating to 1810. Visitors can reach the Pinnerkreuz viewpoint via the Cochemer Sesselbahn chairlift or explore the cobblestone squares and timber-framed architecture of the old town. Nearby, the Klotten wildlife park offers family-oriented attractions and animal enclosures.
