Děčín District Essentials
This collection highlights the geological and architectural landmarks of the Děčín District. It features the Pravčická brána, Europe's largest natural sandstone arch, and the diverse landscapes of Bohemian Switzerland National Park. Historical sites include Děčín Castle with its baroque rose garden, the 14th-century rock castle ruins of Falkenštejn, and the 19th-century Světlík windmill. A Pravčice Gate
The Pravčická brána is a narrow rock formation in Bohemian Switzerland in the Czech Republic, approx. 3 km northeast of Hřensko.
B Bohemian Switzerland National Park
Protected national park established in 2000 to preserve unique sandstone formations and forest-rock landscapes. It features the largest natural stone bridge in Europe and various river canyons.
C Děčín Castle
Historic chateau complex situated on a sandstone rock massif, featuring architectural styles ranging from Gothic to Neoclassical. The grounds include a notable baroque rose garden and a unique long access road.
D Větrný mlýn zv. Světlík
A Dutch-type windmill built in 1843, featuring a rare five-sail assembly. It is one of the most significant preserved technical monuments in the region.

A 23-meter-tall stone observation tower constructed in 1891 on Jedlová mountain, offering views of the Lusatian Mountains and the Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland area.
F Falkenštejn
The ruins of a 14th-century rock castle carved into a sandstone peak. The site preserves rooms hewn into the stone and foundations of its original timber fortifications.

Traditional boat trips through the scenic sandstone gorge of the Kirnitzsch river, located on the border between the Czech Republic and Germany.
