This collection highlights the diverse natural landscapes of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. It features the 60-meter high Livaditis Waterfall in the Rodopi Mountains and the natural rock-carved lagoon of Giola on Thassos. Katarraktes Leibadite

One of the highest waterfalls in the Balkans, dropping approximately 60 meters. It is located in the central Rodopi mountain range near the village of Livaditis.

Nkiola

A natural rock-carved sea lagoon on the southern coast of Thassos. The circular pool is separated from the Aegean Sea by a narrow rock wall that allows waves to replenish the water.

"Yiannis Panagiotou" Refuge

Mountain shelter located on Mount Ipsarion on Thassos island at an elevation of approximately 910 meters. The facility requires advance reservation for overnight stays.

Petrified Forest Museum

Located in Fylakto, this museum displays fossilized tree trunks and plant remains from the local petrified forest dating back 25 to 40 million years.
