Indianapolis Must-Sees

Indianapolis features a concentrated collection of civic landmarks and cultural sites centered around its downtown core. The city is home to the neoclassical Soldiers and Sailors Monument and the expansive World War Memorial Plaza, which honors military history through dedicated museums and the Shrine Room. Architectural highlights include the Neo-Gothic Scottish Rite Cathedral and the historic 1920s Madam Walker Legacy Center. Visitors can explore the scenic Indiana Central Canal, visit the Indiana Historical Society, or attend performances at historic venues like the Hilbert Circle Theatre and the Old National Centre.
