Nkiola

A natural rocky lagoon carved into the coastline near Astris. This 15-meter-wide pool is filled with turquoise seawater and separated from the Aegean by a narrow rock wall.

Built in the 5th century BC on a hillside overlooking Limenas, this theater originally hosted dramatic performances. During the Roman era, it was modified to accommodate gladiatorial games.

Perched on a cliff overlooking the Aegean, this 11th-century monastery is the island's largest. It houses a religious relic believed to be a piece of the Holy Nail from the crucifixion.
