Villa Hayes je hlavní město departementu Presidente Hayes v Paraguayi. Město je pojmenováno na počest 19. prezidenta Spojených států Rutherforda B. Hayese. Villa Hayes se rozkládá na březích řeky Paraguay, 31 km severně od Asunciónu.
