Willoughby City

Willoughby City ist ein lokales Verwaltungsgebiet im australischen Bundesstaat New South Wales. Willoughby gehört zur Metropole Sydney, der Hauptstadt von New South Wales. Das Gebiet ist 23 km² groß und hat etwa 74.000 Einwohner.Willoughby liegt im Norden von Inner Sydney westlich des Middle Harbour etwa 5 bis 10 km nördlich des Stadtzentrums. Das Gebiet beinhaltet 25 Stadtteile: Castle Cove, Castlecrag, Chatswood, East Willoughby, Flat Rock, Frenchs Road, Headland Heights, Middle Cove, Mowbray, Northbridge, Royal North Shore Hospital, Sailors Bay, Willoughby, Willoughby North und Teile von Artarmon, Chatswood West, Crows Nest, Gore Hill, Lane Cove, Naremburn, North Lane Cove, Roseville, East Roseville, St Leonards und Wollstonecraft. Der Verwaltungssitz des Councils befindet sich im Stadtteil Chatswood im Zentrum der LGA.

Gemeinsam mit Lane Cove Municipality und North Sydney Council wird es zu dem nördlichen Zentrum St Leonards der Metropole zusammengefasst.
