This public park occupies a former TAFE educational site and officially opened on January 24, 2010. It features a cliff-top promenade providing views of the river and city skyline, alongside expansive green spaces and an on-site café.
The landscape incorporates significant public art, including the Venus Rising sculpture and land art installations by artist Nicole Voevodin-Cash titled The Green Room and Afforest. As a key stop on the Art and the River Public Art Trail, the grounds combine native plantings with sculptural mounds and elements reflecting the area's industrial history.
