This lattice observation tower stands 4 meters high and is recognized as a technical and architectural monument. The structure was originally designed in 1928 by architects Jan Vladimír Hráský and František Janda as a functionalist water tower.
In 2015, the building was converted into an observation tower. It serves as an example of functionalist architecture from the early 20th century.
