Designed by the architect Josef Zítek and constructed between 1871 and 1881, this Neo-Renaissance structure is the largest of the four colonnades in the city. The architectural design is characterized by 124 Corinthian columns and a roofline adorned with 12 allegorical statues, each representing a month of the year.

The colonnade houses five major hot springs and is recognized as a protected cultural heritage site. It serves as a traditional symbol of the local architectural heritage.
