Constructed between 1905 and 1907, this four-story brick building is a prominent architectural landmark. Originally designed as a workplace and accommodation for winch operators and port maintenance staff, the structure reflects maritime and industrial heritage from the early 20th century.
The building currently houses a Teekontor (tea merchant) alongside a restaurant and café. The tea shop stocks an extensive selection of varieties, while the restaurant provides gourmet culinary creations.
Situated between two canals, the site is a frequently photographed example of historic architecture. It is designated as a Cultural Heritage Site and is open to the public for shopping and dining.
