Nesvizh Castle

Nesvizh Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a former residence of the Radziwill family, a prominent noble dynasty. The complex, which serves as a national historical and cultural museum-reserve, dates back to the 16th–18th centuries. Construction began on May 7, 1583, with the Baroque architecture designed by the architect Giovanni Maria Bernardoni. The ensemble underwent extensive restoration between 2004 and 2012 and is recognized as a significant architectural monument in Eastern Europe.

The site comprises a palace ensemble, a town hall, and various preserved historical buildings. Permanent and thematic exhibitions explore the heritage of the Radziwill family and broader Belarusian history. The museum-reserve also features a collection of architectural monuments that highlight the castle's role in Central European architecture.

The complex is open to the public for exploration. Available services include guided tours, night tours, and dungeon quests. The historic interiors and grounds provide a comprehensive look into the residential life of the nobility and the evolution of the fortress over several centuries.
