Established in 1883, this site is the oldest and largest tea plantation in Europe. It has remained in continuous operation under the management of the sixth generation of the founding family. The estate produces organic black, green, and semi-fermented teas without the use of pesticides.
The historic factory functions as a museum where the traditional tea-making process is preserved. Production utilizes century-old machinery to process tea leaves harvested from the surrounding fields. The facility is open to the public, allowing for the exploration of cultivation and processing techniques.
An on-site cafe provides opportunities to sample various teas and tea-infused products. Free tea tastings are available alongside the 75-hectare estate and its surrounding plantations.
