This mountain plateau sits atop Veten hill at an altitude of 366 meters above sea level. Access to the summit is provided by the Keiserstien, a Sherpa-built trail featuring stone stairs. A shelter named Kværmannsbu is located at the peak.

The site offers 360-degree panoramic views encompassing the sea, the Lofoten Wall, and the Børvasstind mountain range. It serves as a venue for concerts during the Nordland music festival. The hiking experience is classified as moderate and the area is a year-round destination open to the public.

The peak is named after Kaiser Wilhelm II, who visited the location in 1891.
