Established in 1550, this is the deepest and most water-rich pond in the Czech Republic. It covers an area of approximately 1.3 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of 471 meters above sea level. The pond is characterized by its significant length and is surrounded by mixed forests with shores featuring sandy beaches and clear water.
The area functions as a private fishing ground where seasonal fishing is permitted from March through December. Recreational facilities include campsites located in the vicinity. The pond is accessible for swimming and various sports fishing activities.
