This 1,000-meter-long gorge was carved by the lower Grindelwald glacier and features rock walls reaching heights of 300 meters. A 2 km circular trail leads through a series of tunnels and galleries, providing views of the geological formations and the rushing Weisse Lütschine river.
A central feature is the Spiderweb, a 170 m² walkable net suspended seven meters above the canyon floor. This installation allows for a unique perspective over the water. The site is open to the public and showcases the natural and geological history of the region.
The terrain consists of secure walkways and tunnels. According to site metadata, the location is wheelchair accessible and provides parking for those arriving by car.
