Created in 1683, this Baroque fountain is the oldest of its kind in the city and is recognized as a national cultural monument. It was the result of a collaboration between the sculptor Michael Mandík and the stonemason Václav Schüler.

The fountain features a central sculpture of the Roman god Neptune standing on a rock formation. He is depicted with a trident pointing toward the ground, symbolizing the protection of the city and the taming of water elements. Four sea horses surround the central figure.
