Apecchio is a comune in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino in the Italian region Marche, located about 90 kilometres west of Ancona and about 60 kilometres southwest of Pesaro.
It lies on the border between Marche and Umbria and is crossed by the Biscubio and Menatoio rivers.
The territory is characterized by a morphology marked by medium-sized hills covered by extensive forests alternating with green meadows, crossed by deep valleys where numerous streams flow, some of which are sulphurous.
