Balocco is a comune in the Province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 20 kilometres northwest of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 273 and an area of 16.7 square kilometres. It is the home of the Circuito di Balocco road-testing track.
Balocco borders the following municipalities: Buronzo, Carisio, Formigliana, San Giacomo Vercellese, and Villarboit.
