Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport situated 12 km west of Bordeaux offers flights to mainly Europe's top destinations with several non-European getaways, such as Canada, Tunis or Israel.
There are three terminals. Terminal A (Hall A) featuring international flights, Terminal B (Hall B) used for domestic flights and Terminal Billi which houses low-cost carriers. There is a number of eateries, though most of them are located landside and closed at night.
