One of the two airports serving the Belgian capital is located 46 km south of central Brussels. It handles mostly flights of low-cost carriers to around 100 destinations.
The airport consists of two terminals. The majority of flights depart from Terminal 1, which offers a wide range of shops and restaurants. Terminal 2 is used at peak times in order to relieve the pressure on Terminal 1.
