Quảng Bá Flower Market is an interesting piece of local culture with fresh flowers and food all around the market place. It's recommended to go there quite early in the morning, between 5 am and 6 am to catch the vendors before they close their shops. The flowers get sold quite quickly as people start selling them at 2 am, to grab the best spots, and most are sold before dawn. It's well-worth a visit, as the flower arrangements and all the activity is like no other you've experienced.
There's also some street food nearby, so you can get a nice breakfast afterwards.
