Cisano sul Neva is a comune in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 70 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 35 kilometres southwest of Savona.
Located in the Val Neva, the territory of Cisano sul Neva borders those of the municipalities of Albenga, Arnasco, Balestrino, Ceriale and Zuccarello.
