Now home to the university library, this historical palace is worth stopping by for its quite unusual shape and wall decorations. Be sure to look up and marvel at its clock and extraordinary windows. Architecture fans may recognize some Neo-Gothic features as well.
The library in the Clock Tower opens at 9 am and closes between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm (depending on season).
