Built in 1933, this Art Deco tower commemorates Lillie Hitchcock Coit – a San Francisco resident, who (after her death) left a significant amount of money to the city. It is located on the Telegraph Hill and it is one of the icons of San Francisco.
When the weather is nice, the view from the observation deck is truly stunning. There is a lift that will get you there so you do not need to worry about the exhausting staircase climb. From the top, you can see the whole city with the bay and take fantastic panorama pictures.
Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
