The name of this historical district actually means "Upper Town", which nicely corresponds to its position, being situated on a hill around the city castle. The area is definitely worth exploring but be prepared that its streets are sometimes quite narrow and steep so bring comfortable walking shoes. Get to the top and be rewarded with magnificent views of the harbour.
