One of the oldest international airports in the world is also considered to be the oldest operating airport in Asia. Located around 25 km from Bangkok, it is currently a center for low-cost airlines.
Although it consists of two terminals, they are located in one building so the walk from one to the other is quite short. Terminal 1 is used for international flights and Terminal 2 for domestic flights. The airport's connection to the city is a little bit more difficult due to the absence of rail connection. The airport offers options for sleeping, in their special sleeping boxes, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from.
