Dusseldorf - Weeze (NRN)

Weeze Airport, less commonly known as Niederrhein Airport, is a minor international airport in the Lower Rhine region of Germany. It is used by Ryanair. The airport is situated 3.7 km southwest of the municipality of Weeze and 7 km northwest of Kevelaer, about 33 km southeast of the Dutch city of Nijmegen, and 48 km northwest of the German city of Duisburg. Once one of Germany's fastest growing airports, the airport handled 1,23 Mio. passengers in 2019 which marks a sharp downfall from earlier years due to main customer Ryanair cutting back its route network.
