The Fountains of Bellagio is a complex and beautiful water show, interconnecting water, lights and music.
The water show gets its name from the hotel resort in front of which it can be found. Here, over 1000 individual fountains together form a mass of water more than 1000 feet wide and 460 feet high, which moves and transforms with the tunes of popular songs, classical music, as well as opera.
The fountain show starts about every 30 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes at night when the coloured lights that shine through the water drops make it even more of a spectacle.
There is usually quite a crowd, especially during the holidays. If you want to secure a good spot to watch the water show, either try and come as early as possible or simply wait for another run. There are many songs going in rounds so the experience is always as good as new.
Parking spots in the areas nearby the show are quite difficult to come by, it is much better to come on foot.
