Gate of Heavenly Peace

This 15th-century gate is one of the most iconic symbols of China. It was built during the Ming dynasty and it used to be the entrance to the Forbidden City. It is decorated with a huge portrait of Mao Zedong. It is also the most photographed landmark in Beijing.
